TMI's Hypochlorous generator is an eco-friendly electrolyzed water generator to produce electrolyzed solution
for sterilization through the electrolysis of water and electrolyte .
Its sanitizing effects killing bacteria and microorganisms have been proven in a wide range of medical applications.
The hypochlorous generator produces an eco-friendly and revolutionary sterilizer that is much safer than the

The essential sterilizing element of electrolyzed water is hypochlorous (HOCl).
The hypochlorous generator is an electrolyzed water producing system that applies the scientific immune
system of the human body to generate HOCl.
The electrolyzed water generator produces such available chlorine elements as chlorine gas (Cl2), hypochlorous
acid(HOCl), and hypochlorite(OCl-), of which HOCl is the single most essential sterilizing element.
The sterilizing elements of HOCl impedes the permeability of the cell membranes of bacteria, and oxidizes their

STANDARD for Sterilizing Power
A sanitizer that is diluted for regular usage should be able to remove at least 99.999% of the early
bacteria (cfu/ml)
of colon bacilli
and Staphlococcus aureus when it is applied for 5min.+ or - 10sec.
under the 20 + or - 1 degree C temperature.

PRINCIPLES OF THE GENERATION OF ELECTROLYZED WATER
Type of Electrolyzed Water
Hypochlorous water refers to an eco-friendly solution that is produced by electrolyzing regular tap
water with electrolyte using light direct electric current.
The types of the electrolyzed water produced through electrolysis depend on the structure of the electrolyzer
and the electrolyzing conditions.
Electrolyzed Sodium Hypochlorite Water
When highly condensed saline solution is provided to the electrodes (positive and negative) installed
in the electrolytic cell and electrolysis is conducted, high concentration of sodium hypochlorite is generated,
which is then mixed with water to produce an electrolyzed sterilzing solution of a certain level of concentration.

Electrolyzed Weak Water
Through the electrolytic process, chlorine(CL2). is generated at the positive pole of the non-diaphragm
electrolytic cell from the weak muriatic supplied to the cell, and oxygen is generated at the negative pole.
Chlorine generated is dissolved in water and highly concentrated hypochlorous acid solution continues to be
generated in the electrolytic cell.

Electrolyzed Strong and Electrolyzed Strong Alkali Water
Electrolyzed strong water is generated on the positive pole of the electrolytic cell when a sodium
chloride solution below 0.2% concentration is electrolyzed in the cell having a diaphragm, and strong alkali
water is generated on the negative pole.

STERILIZATION PROCESS OF ELECTROLYZED WATER
The essential sterilizing element of electrolyzed water is hypochlorous (HOCI).
• The hypochlorous generator is an electrolyzed water producing system that applies the scientific
immune system of the human body to generate HOCL..
• The electrolyzed water generator produces such abailable chlorine elements as chlorine gas (C12),
hypochlorous (HOCI), and gypochlorite(OCI–), of which HOCI is the single most essential sterilizing element.
