Hello.......... I have been using your machines now for 30 years and they are fantastic for lasting
and the ability to repair quickly with the way they open. I am interested in now getting a new
machine and the one which looks about the same as what I now have is the Genesis Series:
Model G-105. I know that you prefer to sell to retailers and not directly to cleaning companies
so my question is, how do I go about getting one of these machines? I am located in Visalia, CA.
and I don't know who handles your product near me. Possibly in Fresno or Bakersfield .
Anyway if you could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Again, I have used these
machines for many years and they are by my opinion the best for many reasons... Thank you.

I am the owner of Keith's Carpet Cleaning in Visalia, CA and when returning to your web site to
my surprise was an old e-mail I sent your company in 2011. This was concerning buying another machine which I did purchase out of a company in Fresno, CA. Since you have my previous e-mail
you might like a followup. This machine was bought in early 2011 and has alone made, $70,000 and
has performed flawlessly!!! Not one complaint do I have with this machine. Price was right and will continue to use these machines. This is now my 32nd year of business and I STILL have two
machines that I bought in the 80"s. I just change pumps and vacum motors when needed and keep going. Can't say that to much anymore. Great machine....
